Flex-Lite FL Composite Pressure Tanks
Unlike other composite tanks that hide tired, old bag technology in a plastic shell, the Flex-Lite FL composite tank uses the latest evolution of the field-proven, controlled action diaphragm design that FLEXcon introduced in Well-Rite steel tanks in 1988.
The Flex-Lite FL Series features an improved CAD-2 diaphragm design that is stronger and won’t crease and wear out like bag designs. It has a chlorine-resistant, 100% butyl diaphragm with a precision moulded co-polymer polypropylene lower water chamber for superior air and water separation.
This patented design allows each size tank to have a properly sized water chamber, matched to the drawdown performance of that tank. When it comes to performance and durability, the CAD-2 system cannot be beat. So if you are looking for the proven performance of a FLEXcon steel tank in a lightweight composite design, Flex-Lite FL is the answer.

Flex2Pro H2P Series Steel Pressure Tanks
The Flex2Pro H2P Series of diaphragm well tanks are designed to give you the features you need and the quality you want. Engineered specifically with the contractor in mind, H2P tanks incorporate FLEXcon’s famous double diaphragm concept. Two halves of FDA/NSF approved 100% butyl rubber diaphragms are held together with a steel clench ring. They are affixed to the bottom of the tank with a stainless steel water connection and finished with a steel elbow. This creates a water chamber that is completely isolated from the steel walls of the tank and ensures that the water that goes in is the same as the water that comes out.
The tanks are manufactured with cold rolled steel and finished with primer and high gloss quality paint. Clean airtight welds are achieved using the most modern welding equipment available. A trim strip on the bottom of the skirt helps prevent damage during installation. Each tank undergoes a rigid quality inspection process that includes high-pressure testing, seam weld tests and helium test. The final air charge check before packaging ensures that every tank arrives on the job site with the specified air-charge.
H2P tanks are available from 14 gallons to 119 gallons and are backed up with a 5-year warranty. We have the tank you need for every job.

Flex2Pro Composite Pressure Tanks
FLEXcon has taken composite tanks to a new level. No longer will you have to worry about using a fibreglass tank. They've taken the reliable features of their steel tank and incorporated them into a composite tank. The Flex2Pro Lite (H2PL) tank is perhaps the most innovative well tank ever to hit the market since the steel diaphragm tank in the 1960s.
The time-tested CAD2 design is used with a fibreglass-reinforced composite tank to give you a non-corrosive, lightweight tank. The tank is finished with a heavy duty engineered plastic base and a threaded PVC water connection and meets NSF 61 sanitary standards. There are 8 sizes available, from 15 to 119 gallons. With a maximum pressure rating of 125 psi, these tanks are sized to give your water system a longer life. H2PL tanks come with a 5-year warranty.
